A Note on our Pricing Model…

To improve access to safe, effective osteopathy, Hawthorn Health Alliance offers a sliding-scale pricing model with lower-cost options for those who need them.

Tier 3 fees are in line with local osteopathy rates, while Tier 2 offers a modest reduction. This model improves access by enabling those who can pay standard rates to support lower-cost appointments for others.

This system is based on trust, proof of income is not required. When booking, please consider carefully which pricing tier best reflects your circumstances.

Tier 1 appointments are available on request and offer a lower-cost option for osteopathic treatment. If you feel this tier is right for you, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Virtual consultations are offered at a lower rate for all.

The Green Bottle model enables you to self-identify based on your financial experience. This model operates on trust, proof of income is not required.

All appointment fees are prepaid when booking. We employ a 24hr notice cancellation policy. All prepaid monies are refundable for cancellations that are made inline with this policy. Refunds in emergency situations will be made at the practitioner’s discretion.
